PLEASE, TAKE THE TIME

Time upon this Earth is short. Our Lord did not intend for us to be tortured by our journey through this tough physical world for long. So take advantage of your short time here and grasp every little piece of life you can and love it, feel it, experience it to the fullest. Take the time to bend down to eye level with the less fortunate and give them a taste of God's healing love. Take the time to breathe in all that around you making up the life that our Lord has so blessed us with. Take the time to say, "I love you." Take the time to hug those seemingly so undeserving of a hug. Take the time to give the gift of an empathetic smile at the grumpy face before you. Take the time to extend your hand to the elderly during your busiest day. Take the time to give a dollar to the person with the sign on the street. Take the time to remember that everything that you possess was given to you by God, and therefore his to give as pleases him. Take the time to thank God for that beautiful sunrise that takes your breath away. Take the time to shed a tear for someone's loss. And, last but not least, take the time to talk with God each and every awesome day that he gives to you to experience his stunningly-gorgeous world created just for me and you.
