You are Blessed

At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.
(Luke 10:21)

Yes, my brothers and sisters, our Father has hidden the understanding of the things he wants you to know; such as love, compassion, forgiveness, his glory; from the so-called wise and learned...except those he desires to know.  The  things or matters of our Father are the matters of the spirit.  If you understand love, compassion, forgiveness you are closer to the kingdom of heaven than you know.  You are truly blessed.  For some, the understanding of non-material, non-physical things is difficult, but, if they show love, compassion, forgiveness, they are truly closer to the kingdom of heaven than they know.

“Whoever listens to you listens to me; whoever rejects you rejects me; but whoever rejects me rejects him who sent me.”
(Luke 10:16)

In this verse from chapter 10 of Luke, the Lord tells us that someone sent by him should be listened to.  Do not have fear, for, if you have faith and therefore believe, you shall listen and give praise to him who sent them, our Lord God.  They will not waste time on those who do not listen.

“When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is offered to you. Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’  But when you enter a town and are not welcomed, go into its streets and say,  ‘Even the dust of your town we wipe from our feet as a warning to you. Yet be sure of this: The kingdom of God has come near.’ I tell you, it will be more bearable on that day for Sodom than for that town.
(Luke 10:8-12)

If you understand with a deep feeling of love and satisfaction in your spirit, take heart for our Father has purposely revealed these things to you for a reason.  Pray and ask for guidance.  Pray with faith and love.  Pray as though you are talking to your father, for is our God not Father of all.  Lift up your spirit to the Lord for he has truly blessed you.  If you have taken the time to read this, if not already, soon, you will understand the kingdom of God is near at hand.  As you see in the next three  verses, you truly are blessed above many prophets and kings.

“All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.”
Then he turned to his disciples and said privately, “Blessed are the eyes that see what you see.  For I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.”
(Luke 10:22-24)

and AMEN
