While reading and posting The Transfiguration, I was listening to the 1812 OVERTURE by Tchaikovsky. It makes reading the passage even more exhilarating. Some Christian sects prohibit the listening to music. What a travesty. God inspires man to make some very beautiful and divinely inspirational music, similar to what he does with the sounds of his creation. I say listen to music that inspires the holy spirit within you.
